$21 Million Lottery Winners Get Paid in Full

Great news for the lucky couple who won the $21 million Jackpot of Lotto Max as they are going to receive the full payout after their win was challenged in a court of law. The Judge has ruled that they are entitled for the entire win and rejected the claims that the jackpot win should have gone to another winner.

The lucky couple is Scott & Linda Sinclair. They were so thrilled when they saw that they have the winning ticket for the $21 million Canadian lottery and they rushed to cash it in weeks ago. They were surprised when they cashed in as they found out that they were given ninety percent of the money as the remaining 10% was kept in trust until the court hears and rules regarding the claims that were alleged by Doreen Stewart who claimed that the money was hers.

According to the story of Doreen Stewart, Eric Leipert, a man that she used to work for was the real winner. He once promised her that he would give her a cut of any lottery wins in the future and when he hit the jackpot, he gave the ticket to the Sinclair couple so he does not pay her. She also claimed that Leipert and the Sinclairs and close friends.

The judge said that the claims lacked merit and that it was built on suspicion alone as there was no evidence to back her story. So he ruled against her and refused her claim in court.
