Fortune Lounge Group has added yet another contact method to their customer support team. The company has added the ability of a Skype call in order for the users to easily reach their twenty four hour client support team. Of course, Skype calls will have to pass through a filter in order to get distributed and so far, the Skype calls are going to be voice calls only with the possibility of chat functionality in the near future.
Also, this new service in only available to English speakers but the company has announced that they will provide other languages that the users can choose from in the upcoming update according to the demand of the users.
Commenting on this new function, the head of the customer support section of the company, Wim Ochse stated that this new method of customer support is considered the first one of its kind in the market.
This is due to the fact that there are not any other casinos in the industry that offers Skype as a customer support contact method. He added that customer support deals with people who are in front of their PCs most of the time, so offering them with a customer support contact method that they can use while being on their computers is very convenient.
